The development of your creative and theatrical abilities is central in the propadeutics. You will also get information about an orientation on the subjects which will be chosen. Apart from the 2-dimensional (plain), 3-dimensional (space) and 4-dimensional (time) design, the propaedeutics offers a theoretical art program (art history, art perception and culture perception). Finally, a study trip, field trips and guest lectures are organised which bring the student in direct contact the current developments in the field of visual art and design.
In the second and third years a solid, both theoretical and practical basis is formed which gradually emphasises more on designing and on your own creativity.
In the fourth year designing is the main priority. Professional preparation and internships are very important in this year. For both courses there are lessons in Ict/ computer applications and Theatre costume designers continue their classes in anatomy and model drawing.
